About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a BMA project based in Paget, Mackay.

This is a great prospect for someone who is confident supervising contractors, coordinating day-to-day site activities and working closely with clients, suppliers and site personnel. Project commencement is scheduled for mid-September 2026, with contractor engagement expected in early October 2026.

The project is expected to run over a 26-week execution period, consisting of:

- 4 weeks planning and contractor readiness
- 20 weeks physical site construction works
- 2 weeks project close-out

Key Responsibilities:

- Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing overall site supervision and direction across the project
- Coordinating and overseeing Civil and Security contractors
- Conducting daily pre-starts and maintaining a strong Safety First focus
- Coordinating with BMA Warehouse Operations regarding construction activities and progress
- Acting as the key interface between contractors and BMA/CWH Operations
- Coordinating and engaging with suppliers, contractors and site personnel
- Monitoring work progress and ensuring activities are completed in accordance with project requirements
- Identifying and addressing issues as they arise on site




- Providing regular updates and reporting to the Project Manager
- Supporting planning, scheduling and overall project execution
- Completing all relevant BMA Supervisor training (approximately 2–3 days)

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar supervisory role
- Strong experience coordinating multiple contractors and work groups
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- The ability to confidently manage day-to-day site activities and resolve issues as they arise
- Experience working in a construction, mining, civil or similar environment
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- The ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed

- Roster: Monday to Friday, 10–12 hour days
- Rate: $60.00 per hour flat rate
- Project Duration: Approximately 26 weeks
