About the role

We're hiring a hands-on Content, Social & Community Manager to build the organic growth capability for FXT. It's a pivotal role within an ambitious, high-growth, multi-asset CFD broker scaling across APAC and other key global markets. You'll join at foundation stage and own the earned side of the growth loop: the content people actually want to engage with, the social presence that gives our brand a voice, and the trading communities where trust and reputation are really decided.

Working alongside the performance marketing, creative, lifecycle and brand teams, your work will drive customer attraction, connection, conversion and monetisation beyond paid media.

Key responsibilities

- Build and run a content engine that produces genuinely engaging trader content, such as market commentary, education, platform stories and trader culture, that earns attention on its own merits and fuels organic presence.
- Create and script content built for how traders actually consume: short video, threads, carousels, explainers and articles, repurposed intelligently across platforms.
- Adapt content for core APAC and other key markets so message, tone and idiom land locally.
- Define which platforms to win on per market, then build the calendar, cadence and voice that grows an engaged following.
- Show up in the conversation: replies, comments, trends and social listening, so the brand talks with traders, not at them, and market intelligence flows back into the business.
- Identify and work with credible trading voices across APAC to extend reach and borrow trust while building FXT's own presence.
- Map and earn a credible presence in Telegram groups, Discords and forums where traders already swap ideas and decide who they trust.




- Design, launch and grow FXT's own community spaces, including programming, rituals, moderation and incentives that turn customers into members and members into advocates.
- Turn community energy into growth: surfacing trader stories, referrals and user-generated content that feed back into content and social.
- Read, interpret and act on engagement, follower, community and conversion data, and feed those reads back into the next sprint.

About you

- 4–6 years' experience across content, social and/or community roles in complex, regulated, high-volume B2C environments. Financial services, trading, gaming or comparable experience preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, with the ability to create, edit and quality-control Mandarin content and engage Mandarin-speaking communities to a native standard.
- Portfolio or track record showing content that earned organic engagement, social accounts you grew, and communities you built or ran.
- Digital native with genuine fluency in trader and finance internet culture, and in how Telegram, Discord, forums and social platforms work.
- Algorithmic fluency to create content that appeals to audiences and algorithms, and the judgement to know when to chase reach and when to build depth.
- Hands-on experience with AI content and social tools and the judgement to direct, edit and elevate their output.
- Self-starter who builds hypotheses and runs with them, comfortable working in sprints and batching output.
- Real ownership over performance, comfortable reading data, spotting fatigue, and using results to inform the next round of hypotheses.
- APAC market experience with genuine understanding of regional language, cultural and platform nuance.
