We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Assistant to support our software development, testing, documentation, and technical operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in software technology and want to build practical experience in a professional environment.

? Key Responsibilities

• Assist the software development team with daily technical tasks.

• Support software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities.

• Help maintain and update software documentation and technical records.

• Assist with data entry, system configuration, and application maintenance.

• Monitor software performance and report technical issues when required.

• Support the implementation and deployment of software updates.

• Assist in identifying and resolving basic software-related problems.

• Collaborate with developers and other teams on software projects.

• Perform system checks and assist with quality assurance activities.

• Provide general administrative and technical support to the Software team.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
