YLP Legal – Your Legal Partner is a boutique legal practice situated in the heart of the Adelaide CBD practicing in the areas of commercial law and litigation, intellectual property and wills and estates. We are proud to be SA’s first autism friendly law firm with an emphasis on providing a comfortable work/life balance for our team.

Our firm is in an exciting growth phase,



and we are looking for an experienced Solicitor with at least 2 years PAE and experience across commercial law, intellectual property (IP), and/or wills and estates to join our progressive Adelaide-based practice.

In this role, you will:

- Advise clients on commercial structuring, contracts, and compliance.
- Assist creatives, entrepreneurs, and business owners with IP protection and licensing.
- Provide tailored wills and estate planning solutions with empathy and clarity.
- Assist our clients in litigation matters across all areas of practice.
- Manage your own files with flexibility and autonomy in a collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of post-admission experience across relevant practice areas.
- Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, reliability and integrity.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Solid understanding of and experience with AI technology.
- A passion to grow, be creative and develop your skills
