That is the job. No pressure tactics, no gimmicks. Good product, honest numbers, and a company that installs properly and turns up when something needs fixing.

Apollo Energy Solutions designs and installs residential solar and battery systems across Newcastle, Central Coast, The wider Hunter and the Mid North Coast. We are growing fast and we are adding to our Port Macquarie sales team.

What you will be doing

- Running qualified in home appointments booked for you by our internal call team
- Designing systems and presenting proposals on the spot, with full training on our design and proposal tools
- Building your own referral pipeline off the back of happy customers, which is where our best reps make their real money
- Following your jobs through from signed contract to install so the customer stays looked after
- Working closely with a sales manager who still sells, so the coaching is real and not theory

What we are looking for
- A track record in face to face sales. In home, door to door, retail closing, real estate,



anything where you sat with a person and asked for the business
- Solar or battery experience is a bonus, not a must. If you can sell and you are coachable we will teach you the technical side
- Someone who can hold a genuine conversation with a homeowner in their kitchen, not just recite a pitch
- Full NSW driver licence and your own reliable vehicle
- Available for evening appointments, because that is when families are home
