Key requirements include:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years'
experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent.

- Mandatory insurance domain experience, ideally General Lines insurance.

- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

- Solid structured thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Proven ability to influence and manage stakeholders.

- Experience delivering end-to-end solution designs, including both high-level and detailed designs.

- Experience working on medium to large programs/projects.

- Experience producing end-to-end solution architecture covering functional, application, data, security, infrastructure, and integration domains.

- Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders, with a focus on business value and outcomes.

- Experience providing technical leadership and negotiating outcomes with technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with and managing multiple vendors.
