An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established and highly respected agency. Key Responsibilities

- Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance,



lease renewals, arrears and tenancy matters
- Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
- Ensure compliance with Queensland tenancy legislation

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Property Manager
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Professional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with AILO is preferred, but not essential
