THE ROLE

An opportunity has opened up for a senior manager/director to step into a Partner position and take over an established fee base of private clients. You will inherit a loyal client portfolio from day one, giving you the platform to grow the practice further while being backed by a firm that genuinely invests in its people.

- Take ownership of an existing fee base of private clients

- Full autonomy to manage and grow your portfolio

- Mentor and develop a team of accountants beneath you

- Work closely with the existing leadership team on strategy and growth
