- Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair and install dock and door equipment.
- Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer dock and door equipment.
- Perform welding.
- Maintain a service van and its inventory.
- Process paperwork after completion of each job.
- Provide local customer support as part of Crown Equipment Corporation’s global sales and service network.
Requirements
- Less than 2 years related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license, positive driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Technical school graduate preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Welding experience.
- Good written and verbal communication and customer care skills.
- Read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand.

Demonstrates mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting,
servicing, and repairing dock and door equipment. Proficient in welding and capable of reading hydraulic and electrical schematics to ensure effective maintenance and customer support.
