ABOUT THE ROLE
This newly created leadership role will shape the organisation's corporate planning, performance and reporting function. You'll connect strategy with execution, lead major corporate and statutory reporting, strengthen performance frameworks and translate complex information into explicit insights for executives and stakeholders. It's a high-visibility role suited to someone strategic, commercially minded and exceptionally detail-oriented.
DUTIES

- Lead the development and ongoing delivery of the Corporate Plan and organisational planning framework
- Drive annual business planning, target setting and performance measure development
- Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, accountabilities and measurable outcomes
- Oversee organisational performance reporting, dashboards, scorecards and executive insights
- Lead major corporate, statutory and regulatory reporting deliverables
- Analyse complex performance information to identify risks, trends and opportunities
- Develop compelling performance narratives,



strategic insights and impact reporting
- Partner with senior leaders and business areas to strengthen organisational accountability
- Maintain strong governance, reporting frameworks, templates and quality controls
- Lead, coach and develop a small team while creating a high-performance culture

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 8+ years' experience across strategy, corporate reporting, consulting, policy, government reporting or a related discipline
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex organisational requirements into practical frameworks and outputs
- Experience coordinating sophisticated, multi-stakeholder reporting or planning processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidence operating in highly scrutinised environments
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills, including exposure to executives or Boards
- Excellent written communication and ability to turn complex information into clear, credible narratives
- Strong project management capability across competing deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrated people leadership experience
- Consulting or similarly fast-paced, client-facing experience will be highly regarded
- Policy or housing-sector exposure is advantageous but not essential
