Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and provide podiatric interventions as appropriate.
- Design, prescribe, and fabricate orthotics when required.
- Operate and maintain advanced podiatric diagnostic and treatment equipment.
- Educate patients on preventive foot care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and assist with CSSD (Central Sterile Services Department) processes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Salary: AUD 80,000 – AUD 100,000 per annum (Based on experience and qualifications)
Requirements
- Bachelor of Podiatry or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 3+ Years Preferred (Fresh Graduates with AHPRA eligibility may also apply)
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Podiatrist or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Police clearance certificate.
- Vaccination certificates as per Australian healthcare requirements.
