Travel the World is looking for you to join our friendly and supportive team and help travel agents create unforgettable holiday experiences for their clients. If you enjoy working with people, have retail experience, and love the idea of helping others explore the world, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Working closely with travel agents and wholesalers

- Creating and managing travel reservations

- Providing exceptional customer service and support

- Assisting with cruise, land, and Air enquiries

- Building strong relationships with industry partners

About you

- Minimum 2 years' retail or customer service experience

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A positive, can-do attitude and team-focused approach

- Passion for travel and delivering outstanding service

- Cruise knowledge or experience is highly regarded

- GDS experience will be considered an advantage
