ABOUT THE ROLE
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, customer-focused quick learner to join our friendly team at our Bibra Lake, Perth branch (6163). Working Full-time, Mon–Fri (8am–5pm) where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail, robust communication skills and enthusiasm for change. Your main duties will include:

- Checking licensing status of vehicles, trucks & machinery proposed for auction and/or sale
- Preparing registration papers, warranties and catalogues for vehicles, trucks & machinery auctions in timely manner
- Renewing registrations, reprint license papers and change plates prior to auctions & tenders
- Administrative duties associated with the auction process including data entry and corresponding with the Department of Transport

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

- Experience using Microsoft Office and other IT based systems at a proficient level
- A basic understanding of trust accounts
- A thorough understanding and experience of administration duties
- A high level of understanding of WH&S; policies
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines




- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- The successful candidate must be willing to work occasional overtime on weekends where required.
