About the Role

Aambra, a refined Levantine dining destination in Rose Bay, is seeking experienced and service-driven Waitstaff to join our front-of-house team. This role is suited to individuals who take pride in attentive, detail-oriented service and who thrive in a considered, guest-focused environment.

You will play a key role in delivering a seamless and memorable dining experience, working closely with the wider team to uphold Aambra’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver warm, professional and knowledgeable service throughout the guest journey

- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders

- Present dishes and drinks with care, efficiency and attention to detail

- Maintain table settings and dining spaces to a consistently high standard

- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or feedback

- Support daily service operations, including section upkeep, resetting and side duties

About You

- Previous experience in a quality-driven hospitality or fine-dining environment





- Strong communication skills and confident guest interaction

- Ability to manage time effectively in a structured service setting

- High attention to detail and pride in presentation

- Calm, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality

- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
