Maxwell Recruitment & Training are currently seeking a highly organised and hands on Service Supervisor.

This is a hands on role, with the majority of your time spent in the field alongside the service team, combined with supervisory and coordination responsibilities.

About the Role

- HVAC and refrigeration servicing, maintenance, repairs and fault-finding

- Supervising and supporting service technicians

- Scheduling and coordinating service, maintenance and breakdown jobs

- Providing technical guidance and assisting with complex issues

- Managing customer communication and service requirements

- Preparing quotes and ensuring jobs are followed through to completion

What Is On Offer

- Permanent position

- $50–$55 per hour depending on experience





- 8:00am–4:00pm with monthly on call work

- Company phone, laptop and vehicle

- Immediate start

About You

- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor Licence

- Strong HVAC and refrigeration experience

- Previous supervisory experience

- Robust fault finding and technical skills

- Ability to lead and support a team

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Commitment to workplace safety
