HHH is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic people to join our team in the heart of Wollongong CBD.

Set across three levels, Humber is a little different on every floor - including our middle level cocktail bar and lounge, along with our outdoor rooftop bar in the heart of the CBD.

And we’re not just Humber. We’re part of a family of three venues – Humber, Halfway and Heyday – all located within a few doors of each other on Crown Street.

That means plenty of variety - from cocktails, to specific tequila and high energy nightclubs, different styles of service and opportunities to work across our venues.

THE ROLES

We’re currently looking for people across a range of positions, including:

- Bartenders

- Cocktail Bartenders

- General Service Staff & Hosts

- Back of House / Bar Support

Whether you're experienced behind the bar or looking to build your hospitality career, we're interested in people who bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.

For our bartending roles, an interest in great drinks, quality products and developing your skills behind the bar is a big plus.
