The Role:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and clients
- Identifying and converting recent business opportunities
- Following up leads and prospective clients
- Assisting with rental appraisals and market opportunities
- Preparing proposals and marketing material
- Managing phone calls, emails and client enquiries
- Supporting the Property Management and Sales teams
- Assisting with contracts, marketing and general administration
- Working with a large and established property portfolio
- Supporting the team through the transition to new property management software

- Previous real estate, leasing, property management, sales or customer-facing experience is recruited
