Your new company:
At Hays, we partner with leading mining accommodation providers across Current South Wales to deliver high-quality staffing solutions. We are currently recruiting multi-skilled utilities with experience in both kitchen and housekeeping operations to support remote camp environments and large-scale hospitality facilities.

Your new role

As a utility team member, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks across both kitchen and housekeeping functions, including:

- Assisting with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to high standards.
- Supporting general camp operations and ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents.
- You must be flexible and willing to work both day and night shifts, with rosters operating on 14/7 or 7/7 rotations. Some roles are FIFO from Sydney, while others are
Drive-in only. Own transport is highly regarded.

What you'll need to succeed





- Proven experience in both kitchen hand and housekeeping duties, ideally in camp environments or large hotels. (Minimum of 6 months)
- Flexibility to work across day and night shifts, and adapt to changing rosters.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and national police check.
- Valid RSA for NSW and White Card.
- Full Australian Driving Licence (advantageous)
- Full working rights in Australia for a minimum of 3 months.
- Be currently based in NSW or able to be in Sydney within days.
