About the Role...

As Assistant Showroom Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Fortitude Valley flagship showroom and creating the unforgettable experiences that make Luv Bridal so special. Supporting the Showroom Manager, you will help inspire our team, elevate our service standards, and ensure every bride who walks through our doors feels celebrated, supported, and truly cared for.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and takes pride in creating magical moments. You will lead from the showroom floor - coaching and developing our bridal stylists, supporting day-to-day operations, and bringing the LUV Bridal experience to life through exceptional service, strong team culture, and attention to every detail.

Who we're looking for...

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or strong team leadership role within retail, hospitality, or service driven environments.

- Proven ability to lead,



coach and motivate a team to achieve strong results.

- A confident and inspiring leader who can build trust and engagement within a team.

- Strong commercial awareness with experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and operational capability.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

- Passionate about delivering premium customer experiences and exceeding expectations.

- Adaptable, proactive and confident managing competing priorities in a busy showroom environment.
