We are looking for caring, reliable, and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in:

- Brisbane
- Sandgate
- Margate
- Aspley
- Albany Creek
- Chermside
- Assorted other suburbs north of Brisbane

About the role

- Providing in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community participation
- Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each client's goals
- Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

What we're looking for

- Experience in aged care, disability or community services an advantage - students are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges




- A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
- Must be available for flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift requirements
- Must have Australian Driver's License & Reliable Car
- Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
- Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain
- Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification
- Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references
