About the role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall management, performance, and growth of the Karratha branch. Reporting directly to the General Manager and Directors, you will take ownership of all aspects of branch operations including workforce management, project delivery, resource planning, logistics coordination, compliance, client relationships, contract performance, and financial accountability. This position requires a proactive and highly organised leader who can effectively manage multiple projects, support operational teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure the branch consistently delivers safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes. While this role is primarily Monday to Friday, a flexible management approach is required to support operational requirements and client expectations when necessary.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and develop the Karratha branch and operational workforce.

- Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to Supervisors, Coordinators, and field personnel.

- Foster a high-performance culture built around safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer service.

- Drive employee engagement, workforce retention, and succession planning.

- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently applied across all projects.

- Take ownership of branch planning, workforce scheduling, mobilisation, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate labour, vehicles, equipment, accommodation, travel, and operational logistics to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.

- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and maintenance works across the Pilbara region.





- Be the primary point of contact for key clients and contract stakeholders within the region.

- Maintain the highest standards of safety leadership throughout the branch.

About you

- Proven management experience within mining, construction, civil infrastructure, traffic management, or related industries.

- Strong leadership credentials with experience managing operational teams and supervisors.

- Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, logistics management, mobilisation, and project delivery.

- Sound understanding of contract administration, compliance, and stakeholder management.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

- Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

- White Card.

- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

- Full Australian working rights.

- Strong understanding of safety management systems and compliance requirements.
