The role

You will work across a broad range of matters including:

- mergers and acquisitions
- business sales and acquisitions
- shareholder agreements
- corporate structuring and governance
- commercial contracts
- succession planning
- joint ventures
- strategic commercial advisory work





Lawyers are given direct exposure to clients and encouraged to develop trusted adviser relationships rather than operating within narrow transactional silos.

About you

You will ideally have:

- experience in corporate and commercial law
- strong drafting and technical skills
- commercial awareness and business acumen
- excellent communication skills
