You're naturally proactive, happy helping wherever needed and get satisfaction from making sure everything looks professional and runs seamlessly.
In this role, you'll:
- Welcome clients and visitors and create a outstanding first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and connect clients with the right people.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, bookings and calendars.
- Prepare meeting spaces, organise catering and keep everything looking polished.
- Support advisers and the wider team with administration tasks.
- Assist with office events, recruitment activities and social media initiatives.
We're less concerned about where you've worked and more interested in how you work.
You might currently be:
- A receptionist wanting to step into a more professional corporate environment.
- Working in hospitality and looking for a Monday to Friday role.
- In customer service, retail or another people-focused role where you've built strong communication skills.
