- A background in credit and lending processes

- Proven B2B sales or business development track record, ideally in a target-driven environment

- Established or demonstrable understanding of the broker/aggregator ecosystem, including how brokers operate, are remunerated, and make purchasing decisions

- Solid track record of pipeline management and hitting/exceeding sales KPIs

- Comfortable learning, demonstrating, and troubleshooting basic issues with AI-powered software platforms that specifically target the Mortgage & Finance industry

- Confident presenting technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders

- Proficient with IT presentation systems and standard sales productivity tools

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel Australia wide

Benefits

- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission/incentive structure

- Vehicle allowance or company vehicle

- Laptop, phone, and full sales toolkit provided

- Ongoing product and industry training

- Genuine career progression within a fast-growing AI technology company

- Supportive, collaborative team culture with a flat, accessible leadership structure

Submission Requirements
