Due to continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our Western Sydney team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in automotive parts, paint, or product sales who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and growing business opportunities.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with existing and new customers across the region — identifying opportunities, supporting product use, and showcasing what sets our solutions apart. You’ll have the support of a strong technical and operations team, giving you the tools to provide exceptional service and product knowledge to every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Grow the customer base and expand the product range offered to each client.

- Manage existing accounts with regular visits and proactive support.

- Deliver product training and demonstrations where required.





- Contribute to marketing activities and sales strategies.

- Support new product introductions and promotions.

- Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries

- Achieve sales targets through excellent relationship management and market understanding.

About You

You’re customer-focused, results-driven, and confident communicating with people at all levels — from workshop managers to business owners.

You’ll bring:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry — ideally in Sales, Parts, or Product.

- Solid sales and account management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Sound knowledge of automotive refinish or related industries.

- A proactive, organised, and hands-on approach.

- Current NSW driver’s licence.
