About the role

Sydney BMW is seeking a passionate and driven MINI Sales Consultant to join our energetic sales team at our Rushcutters Bay dealership. This is a full-time position based in Rushcutters Bay, NSW 2011. As a MINI Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for our premium MINI vehicle range. You will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, building relationships and ensuring every client leaves with a memorable experience that reflects the quality and innovation of the MINI brand.

What you'll be doing

- Welcoming and greeting customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, understanding their needs and preferences

- Presenting and demonstrating MINI vehicles, highlighting key features, performance capabilities and technology innovations

- Providing expert product knowledge regarding MINI models, specifications, financing options and after-sales services

- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and beyond

- Conducting test drives and addressing customer questions and concerns in a knowledgeable and confident manner

- Preparing and processing sales documentation accurately and efficiently

- Following up with leads and previous customers to generate repeat business and referrals

- Collaborating with the finance, service and management teams to ensure seamless customer handover and satisfaction

- Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets and KPIs

What we're looking for

- Proven track record in vehicle sales or a similar customer-facing sales environment, ideally in the automotive or luxury goods sector

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

- Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets





- Product knowledge of MINI vehicles or willingness to develop comprehensive knowledge rapidly

- Customer service excellence and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding experiences

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and dealership management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver's licence and the ability to demonstrate vehicles safely and responsibly

- Professional appearance and presentation standards consistent with the MINI brand

- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
