The Role
You will be a driven sales executive, responsible for identifying and developing new Facilities Management (M&E; / HVAC / Fire) and Front of House / FM Coordinator business opportunities, working from both the Perth office and in the field; expanding client relationships face-to-face.

You will have strong client-presence, confident to meet potential clients face-to-face in the Perth CBD and Perth Metro region.

This is a junior service sales role, focused on selling Facilities Maintenance and Facilities Management services rather than physical products, so a background in selling services B2B and in-person is essential!

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying prospective new clients and undertaking recent business development through actively walking the Perth CBD.
- Attend face-to-face client meetings and industry events for networking opportunities.
- Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions for Facilities Maintenance and Facilities Management contracts.
- Follow up leads and managing the sales pipeline.




- Identify specific client needs for the industry and provide tailored solutions, selling 3 year to 10 year service and Facilities contracts.

Requirements:

- You will have gravitas, eagerness and drive.
- An engaging personality
- 3+ Years' B2B sales experience gained in Perth, within the services industry.
- Tenacity to follow up leads
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in selling services / service contracts rather than products.
- Full permanent Australian work rights
