About the Role:
Are you an Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding community-based role where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of older Australians?
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join a supportive and collaborative team delivering community-based services across Adelaide.

You’ll work directly with clients in their own homes, providing practical, person-centred occupational therapy to help them remain safe, independent and living well in their own homes.

Your Caseload

- Home Care Package (HCP) clients
- Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) clients
- Functional assessments
- Falls prevention
- Assistive technology prescriptions
- Home modifications
- Activities of daily living and independence support

What You’ll Be Doing

- Conduct occupational therapy assessments in clients’ homes.
- Recommend assistive technology and home modifications to support safe and independent living.
- Complete functional assessments, clinical reports and clinical recommendations.
- Develop personalised intervention plans based on each client’s goals and needs.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, support networks and the wider healthcare team.
- Manage your community caseload while working with a high level of autonomy.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with older adults in a community, sub-acute, rehabilitation or transitional care setting is highly regarded.
- Confident working independently and managing a community caseload.
- Experience with Seating & Home (SaH) and Assistive Technology & Home Modifications (AT-HM) is desirable, or a willingness to develop these skills.
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Full Australian working rights.
