You will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of this flourishing mixed enterprise, ensuring that every task is executed with precision and care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging, encompassing the comprehensive maintenance and operation of a modern fleet of machinery, including tractors, sprayers, headers, mowers, and various towing implements.
You will be instrumental in executing critical seasonal duties such as spraying, cropping, hay slashing, and harvesting, ensuring that all field work is completed to a high standard. You will be expected to work effectively alongside the Owner and Farm Manager while possessing the autonomy and initiative to tackle complex tasks independently when required.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate for this position will be a hardworking individual who possesses a genuine passion for life on the land and takes immense pride in the machinery they operate.

- Demonstrable experience operating large-scale farm machinery.
- Possess a current Manual Car Licence (Non-negotiable).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously with minimal instruction.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
- Proven experience with livestock management and general farm maintenance.
- HC or MC licence (advantageous)
