About the Role

We’re looking for a casual Reservations Coordinator to join our central Reservations team.

Reservations is often the first interaction a guest has with our restaurants, so this role is about much more than managing bookings. You’ll help set the tone for the experience from the very beginning – responding to enquiries with warmth and confidence, understanding what each guest needs, and using your knowledge of our restaurants to help create memorable experiences.

This is a casual role working approximately 25–30 hours per week.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing reservation enquiries across Restaurant Hubert, Alberto’s Lounge, Barons and Le Foote via phone and email

- Creating, updating and managing reservations through SevenRooms

- Providing thoughtful and knowledgeable responses to guest questions about our restaurants, menus, wine, service and experiences

- Helping guests navigate special requests, celebrations, group bookings and changes to existing reservations

- Working closely with venue teams to communicate important booking information and guest requirements

- Managing availability and reservations with a strong understanding of each venue and how it operates

- Delivering warm, considered hospitality from the first interaction through to the guest’s arrival at the restaurant

About You





You’re a hospitality professional who understands that great service starts well before a guest walks through the door.

You’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and organised while managing multiple guest enquiries. Restaurant experience is highly valued – particularly if you’re an experienced hospitality professional looking to move into a role with more consistent hours and no late-night finishes.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- Previous experience in reservations, restaurants or a guest-facing hospitality role

- Strong restaurant knowledge and a genuine interest in food, wine and hospitality

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills

- Strong organisation and time management skills

- Confidence communicating with guests by both phone and email

- Excellent attention to detail

- The ability to adapt to different guest requests and find thoughtful solutions

- A calm and professional approach to problem-solving

- Experience with SevenRooms highly regarded
