Venue Manager – Iconic Perth Destination

We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Venue Manager to lead one of Perth’s most sought-after hospitality destinations. Known for its vibrant atmosphere, premium offering, and exceptional service, this venue is at the heart of the city’s social scene—particularly during the bustling summer months and major sporting and entertainment events.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a dynamic operator who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences.

About the Role

As Venue Manager, you will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, leading from the front to ensure seamless service, strong team engagement, and commercial success. You will be responsible for managing high-volume food and beverage service while maintaining the venue’s reputation as a go-to destination.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, with a strong focus on high-volume food & beverage service
- Lead, train, and inspire a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive service standards and ensure consistency during peak trade periods, including major events and seasonal surges
- Manage rostering, labour costs, and productivity to maximise efficiency
- Work closely with senior leadership on strategy, promotions, and event execution
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations




- Build strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and key partners

About You
- Proven experience as a Venue Manager or senior leader in a high-volume hospitality workplace
- Strong background in food & beverage operations with a passion for service excellence
- Ability to thrive under pressure, particularly during peak seasons and large-scale events
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, costs, and revenue drivers
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
