Reporting directly to the Head of Operations & Supply Chain, this role oversees warehouse, logistics, production, service, and facilities operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused outcomes.

About the Role

· Lead warehouse, logistics, production, and service teams.
· Manage freight, inventory, and distribution operations.
· Oversee facilities management and operational infrastructure.
· Drive operational efficiency, quality, and performance improvements.




· Build robust relationships with suppliers and regional partners.
· Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.

About You
· Experience leading operations, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain teams.
· Strong leadership and people management skills.
· Track record of driving continuous improvement.
· Excellent communication skills.
