North Oz Plumbing is seeking experienced, versatile Plumbing Operators to join our expanding FIFO workforce supporting civil, plumbing and remote infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

North Oz Plumbing is a WA-based civil and plumbing contractor delivering pipeline construction, trenching, HDPE welding, water services and remote infrastructure works across mining, regional and major project environments.

The Role

Suited to Plumber operators who thrive in structured environments, uphold strong safety and compliance standards, and deliver high-quality work within small, high-output crews.

As a FIFO Plumbing Operator, you will work on a 2:1 roster supporting plumbing and civil operations across remote WA. You will be part of a capable team responsible for trenching, pipework, HDPE installation, water services and general civil tasks but not limited to.

The role requires adaptability, strong communication and the ability to work safely and independently within structured site requirements while maintaining North Oz Plumbing’s professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute plumbing and civil works to required specifications and standard across various projects

· Operate plant and equipment safely and competently, including excavators, Posi Tracks, loaders, skid steers and IT Loader, Water carts & tipper truck where ticketed

· Contribute to a small, high-output crew delivering remote project outcomes

· Maintain compliance with all site safety, environmental and reporting requirements

· Uphold North Oz Plumbing’s professional standards in conduct, communication and work quality

Mandatory Requirements

· Current Australian Driver’s Licence (HR preferable)

· White Card (Construction Induction)

· Relevant plant operator tickets for the role

· Current VOCs for applicable equipment

· Ability to pass a full Pre-Employment Medical

· Ability to pass pre-site drug and alcohol screening

· Willingness to comply with random testing as required by site rules





· Ability to work FIFO ex-Perth Airport only
