As a Hospitality Services Team Member at WMQ you will support residents across our Chermside residential facilities, helping maintain a warm, welcoming, and caring aged care setting. You’ll provide essential services across cleaning, kitchen, and laundry, helping maintain safe, comfortable, and welcoming homes.

You will:

- Deliver safe food handling and catering services

- Maintain cleanliness and a homely atmosphere

- Support residents’ wellbeing with respect and compassion

- Identify and act on health and safety hazards





- Contribute to teamwork and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to learn

- Experience in hospitality, cleaning, or housekeeping preferred

- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster

- Respect and empathy for residents, families, and colleagues

Essential Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance Paid type

- Basic knowledge or willingness to learn catering, cleaning, and infection control procedures

- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination
