This role is primarily focused on supporting our Personal Lines portfolio and providing administrative support to the team. It offers an excellent opportunity to build your insurance knowledge and develop your career into Commercial Broking over time.

The role will suit somebody who is friendly, conscientious, and capable of working autonomously.

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated and results driven with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and insurers.

Responsibilities include:

· Supporting a Senior Broker

· Assisting clients with enquiries

· Liaising with underwriters

· Processing renewals, endorsements and cancellations

· Quoting new business





· Placing cover through online platforms

· Assisting with claims as required

The ideal candidate will have:

· At least 2 years’ experience in insurance broking

· Tier 1 in General Insurance Broking

· A strong work ethic

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice

· A friendly disposition and a commitment to being part of a team environment

· Proficiency in MS Office and insurer quoting systems

· Insight experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
