Leadership Management Australia are delivering training in Competitive Systems and Practices (CSP) throughout Queensland on behalf of Manufacturing Skills Queensland (MSQ).

We are seeking Qld based skillful and passionate workplace Trainers/Facilitators (full time or part time) with experience in training and supporting frontline operators to learn and implement continuous improvement through Lean principles, CSP and Process Manufacturing. Someone who is hands on and loves making a positive difference.

Essential selection criteria include:

- Proven industry experience in manufacturing environments

- Proven experience in workplace based training and assessment

- Experience facilitating interactive workshops groups of 5-15 people to transfer learning directly into improved, lean manufacturing outcomes

- Formal qualifications in Certificate IV or Diploma CSP and/or Process Manufacturing

- Formal qualification TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor)

Or

- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
TAEASS502 (or its successor)



or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B

- OR be willing to undertake a TAE qualification
