About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced patternmaker to join our vibrant team in Adelaide as a full time or part-time position. Working closely with the designer and the production team, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in patternmaking within the fashion industry.

- Have experience using CAD (on-the-job training will also be provided).

- Experience in grading patterns to various sizes.

- Knowledge of draping and the ability to develop draped patterns manually and digitally.

- Ability to draft a block pattern from measurements.





- Have an excellent eye for detail and quality control.

- Comprehension of sewing and garment construction.

- Experience in handling luxury fabrics.

- Ability to interpret and understand patterns and spec sheets.

- Be able to work under minimal supervision and demonstrate use of initiative.

- Proficiency with industrial sewing machines and hand-sewing techniques (may be required to assist the production team on occasion).

- Highly motivated individual who is passionate about our values and brand.

- A fast learner who shows initiative and can manage time-pressured deadlines.

- An interest in skill development.

- The ability to work as part of a team and assist wherever required.
