We’re looking for experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team across:
? Glasshouse Mountains | Caloundra | Landsborough | Coolum | Aroona | Caboolture
Our participants live in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes funded through the NDIS, with support tailored to their individual needs, goals and level of independence.
We have a variety of opportunities supporting children, young people and adults, from complex behaviours and high medical needs through to everyday support in the home and community.
Whether you thrive in a fast-paced complex environment, have experience with high medical and physical support, or enjoy working with children and young people, we have opportunities to suit your skills and experience.
Where Does Your Experience Fit?
? Complex Behaviours & Mental Health
Supporting participants with mental health challenges, neurodevelopmental conditions, intellectual impairments, trauma-related behaviours and other complex support needs, including self-harm and aggression.
Experience valued: complex behaviours • self-harm • aggression • mental health • de-escalation • PBSP • Restrictive Practices • strong professional boundaries
? High Medical & Physical Support
Providing hands-on, person-centred support to NDIS participants with significant physical, personal care and health support needs.
Experience valued: non-verbal communication • epilepsy & seizure management • PEG feeding • hoisting • manual handling • continence care • personal care
? Child & Youth Support
Supporting children and young people with disabilities and complex behaviours, with a focus on safety, consistency, trust and positive relationships.
Experience valued:
residential care • youth work • child safety • complex behaviours • trauma-informed care • strong skilled boundaries
What Could Your Day Look Like?
No two shifts are the same. You could be supporting a participant with their personal care and daily routines, preparing meals, assisting with medication, heading out into the community, or helping them work towards greater independence. You’ll also keep clear shift notes and incident reports to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
Depending on the role, you may work alongside a supportive team in a SIL environment or provide one-on-one support, building a genuine connection with the participant and making a meaningful difference in their day.
Shift Availability
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- 2:00pm – 6:00am Sleepover ($140 sleepover allowance)
- 10:00pm – 6:00am Active/Awake

What We're Looking For
We want people who are experienced, reliable, calm under pressure and genuinely passionate about quality support.
You’ll need:
- Previous experience in disability, complex care, mental health, nursing, youth work or a related field
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Quality, Safety and You module
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
