About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent - Operations to join our Coburn team based near Shark Bay WA.

About You

- Minimum of 7yrs experience in a Mining Management or similar role
- Current S26 Certificate
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Quarry Management Ticket (or working towards) is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of mining methods, materials and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all site activities and personnel
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications and safety regulations




- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Manage site resources, including labor, materials and equipment
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues on site
