About the role

Forever Neatr is looking for a reliable, detail-focused Domestic Cleaner to join our growing team servicing Brisbane’s northern suburbs.

This is a Monday to Friday daytime position offering $36 per hour, with the opportunity to build towards full-time hours as our regular client base continues to grow. No weekend work is required.

You’ll initially work alongside the business owner and receive paid, hands-on training in Forever Neatr’s cleaning methods, systems and quality standards. Once trained and confident, you’ll take responsibility for your own regular clients while continuing to receive support and guidance from the business owner.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and enjoys leaving a home looking and feeling beautifully clean. Quality and attention to detail are extremely important to us, we want every client to receive the consistently high standard of service Forever Neatr is known for.

Key responsibilities

- Completing high-quality regular domestic cleans in clients’ homes

- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas

- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and general surface cleaning

- Following individual client Priority Lists, instructions and Forever Neatr cleaning standards

- Managing allocated cleaning time effectively while maintaining a high standard of work

- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly

- Reporting any damage, maintenance concerns or client requests promptly

- Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients

- Travelling between regular client homes throughout Brisbane’s northern suburbs

About you





You don’t necessarily need years of professional cleaning experience. We’re more interested in finding the right person who has a great attitude, strong attention to detail and is willing to learn our way of doing things.

You will ideally be someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

- Naturally attentive to detail

- Someone who takes genuine pride in doing a job properly

- Friendly, professional and respectful in clients’ homes

- Comfortable working independently once trained

- Able to manage your time while maintaining quality

- Physically capable of completing domestic cleaning work

- Open to feedback and willing to learn

- Looking for stable, long-term employment

Requirements

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Reliable vehicle

- Australian working rights

- Smartphone for communication and scheduling

- Available Monday to Friday during daytime hours

- Able to travel between client homes throughout Brisbane’s northern suburbs

- Willing to provide two referees

- Willing to obtain a National Police Check
