We’re seeking Bus Driver / Utility All-Rounders to join our team and support remote mine site villages across Western Australia.

THE ROLE

This is a dual-role FIFO position, flying from Perth to remote WA mine sites.

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a full-time bus-driving-only position. You will not be driving for 8 hours every day. Successful candidates must be willing and able to assist with Utility All-Rounder duties when not driving.

We’re looking for people who are happy to roll up their sleeves, work as part of the team and help wherever needed.

BUS DRIVING DUTIES

- Safely transport personnel between the village, airport and mine site

- Operate 55-seater buses safely and professionally

- Deliver friendly and reliable service to site personnel

- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance and professionalism

UTILITY ALL-ROUNDER DUTIES

When you're not behind the wheel, you'll assist the village team with duties including:

- Housekeeping and village cleaning

- Dining room and kitchen support

- Basic food handling

- General camp and village support

- Assisting other departments where required

No two days are exactly the same — so flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be considered,



you must meet the following requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years' mine site bus-driving experience — ESSENTIAL

- WA HR Driver's Licence — ESSENTIAL

- Current PTD Authorisation — ESSENTIAL

- Experience driving 55-seater buses — ESSENTIAL

- National Police Clearance issued within the last 3 months

- Valid RSA — Approved Manager qualification highly regarded

- White Card

- Valuable written and spoken English

- Full Australian working rights

- Valid passport

- Must be Perth-based

- Must be willing to perform Utility All-Rounder duties
