The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, you will partner closely with operational leaders across multiple manufacturing sites, providing financial insights and commercial support to improve performance and drive strategic outcomes. This is a visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and a hands-on approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities





- Partner with manufacturing and operations leaders to improve site performance and profitability.

- Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and latest estimates.

- Deliver actionable insights on labour, production, cost, and operational performance drivers.

- Build financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and financial governance across sites.

About You

- CA, CPA or CIMA qualified with experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.

- Strong business partnering skills gained within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a similar operational environment.

- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance analysis.

- Commercially minded with strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills.
