Dash Group Trades & Labour are currently seeking reliable Construction Labourers for ongoing work across some of Brisbane’s busiest commercial and residential construction sites.
We have opportunities available across Brisbane CBD, inner north and northern suburbs, working alongside established crews on major projects including high-rise apartments, mid-rise residential developments, commercial builds and infrastructure projects.
Current Project Locations & Site Types

- Chermside – High-rise apartment developments
- Lutwyche – High-end mid-rise residential developments
- Fortitude Valley – High-rise residential and commercial projects
- Bowen Hills – Large-scale residential and commercial developments
- Newstead – High-end apartment and mixed-use developments
- Albion – Residential and commercial construction projects
- Kedron – Mid-rise residential and commercial developments
- Aspley – Residential and infrastructure projects
- Carseldine – Large-scale residential and civil projects
- Brisbane CBD – Major commercial high-rise developments and infrastructure works

What’s On Offer
- 38–45 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturday work available
- Competitive hourly rates + super + daily travel allowance
- Ongoing work across multiple Brisbane projects
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
- Work alongside experienced and reliable construction crews




- Projects ranging from high-rise apartments to high-end mid-rise developments
- Support from an experienced Dash Group Trades & Labour team

Your Role As a Construction Labourer, your duties may include:

- General construction labouring and site clean-up
- Assisting carpenters, concreters, formworkers and other trades
- Moving materials and equipment around site
- Using power tools and basic construction equipment
- Spotting machinery and assisting with site operations
- Assisting with concrete set-up and finishing
- Installing fencing, barriers and signage
- Maintaining a clean and protected worksite
- Following all site safety requirements

What You’ll Need
- Construction White Card – essential
- Own PPE – steel-cap boots, hi-vis, gloves and hard hat
- Reliable transport to get to Brisbane CBD and Northside sites
- Construction or civil experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety
