We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef de Partie to join our high-performing pastry team. Working alongside experienced culinary leaders, you will run a dedicated station, producing refined desserts, pastries, and baked goods to precise standards in a fast-paced environment.

· Stock Level & Prep Management: Solid understanding of stock control, par levels, ingredient ordering, rotation (FIFO), and minimizing wastage.

· Receptive to Feedback: Takes constructive feedback professionally and uses it actively as a tool to refine craft and technique.

· Self-Motivated & Autonomous: Capable of working unsupervised, taking full ownership of your section, prep schedules, and station setup.
