About Us

The Margaret Family is the hospitality group led by celebrated chef Neil Perry, bringing exceptional food, service, and a philosophy of care to the Double Bay community. Our group includes multiple venues known for their warmth, professionalism and standout dining experiences.

We are growing - and looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Reservations Coordinator to be the face of our booking and event experience.

Your Role

As our Reservations Coordinator, you will:

- Manage all daily reservations across our venues

- Track bookings, confirmations and correspondence

- Uphold premium service standards at every guest touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years’ experience in a reservations coordination role within similar calibre restaurants

- A confident communicator with excellent phone and email etiquette





- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Experience with SevenRooms and Triple Seat preferred

- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented

- Passion for food, events and delivering exceptional guest experiences

- Availability to work weekends and early evenings
