About the role

As a Junior Customer Experience team member, you will be the face of our world-class customer service team. Joining us at our Brisbane-based office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them get the most out of our innovative products. This is a full-time role based in our Eagle Farm office.

What you'll be doing

- Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable and efficient assistance

- Troubleshooting customer issues and identifying solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Organizing warranty replacements and services as set out in BAF guideline

- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records

- Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as needed

- Assisting with other customer service tasks as required

What we're looking for

- A positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

- Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written

- A solution-focused mindset when approaching problems

- Needs to be comfortable talking on the phone

- Can accurately enter data into systems
