Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead a small team delivering high-quality commercial landscape maintenance.
- Work hands-on alongside the team, completing daily mowing, edging, pruning and garden maintenance.
- Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on machinery and specialised grounds equipment.
- Use a range of handheld power tools and machinery to maintain gardens, lawns and green spaces.
- Complete hedging, trimming,



blowing, weeding, mulching and general horticultural works.
- Allocate daily tasks, support the team and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and other required site safety and reporting tasks.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks, rectifying maintenance issues as required.
- Communicate with clients on-site and represent Solutions+ professionally at commercial properties.
- Lead by example in office, maintaining a safe workplace while delivering quality work alongside your team.

What will you need?

- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
