About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Meter Services Supervisor – Plumbing to join our team at Bridgewater. Reporting to the Operations / Contracts Manager, this dynamic, hands on role will see you actively leading our statewide plumbing operations and working on the tools alongside your team, where needed.

This role requires a strong leader who can balance customer service, team leadership, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Support the Operations / Contracts Manager in delivering the contract scope of works.

- Ensure all induction requirements are completed before fieldwork commences.

- Providing technical guidance and support to the team.

- Conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.

- Determine work programmes, ensuring that programming of work is in the right order at the right time.

- Communicate all contractual requirements, such as incidents, within specified timeframes.

- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements:

- A trade certification or diploma in Plumbing & current occupational plumbing licence.

- Previous experience managing a team, preferably in a utility trade environment.

- Construction Industry Safety Card (White/Blue Card).

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Detailed experience and understanding of metering practices, processes, and procedures within the plumbing industry.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and detail orientation

- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
