About the role

We're looking for a passionate, people-first Sales Associate to join our retail team and bring the Papinelle experience to life on the shop floor. This role is for someone who genuinely loves connecting with customers — someone who listens, understands, and guides as well as sells. You'll be an ambassador for a brand that believes comfort and luxury should go hand in hand.

Key responsibilities

- Actively guide customers to the perfect products, using your styling expertise and in-depth product knowledge

- Deliver exceptional service that turns every interaction into a memorable experience

- Maintain a beautifully presented, welcoming, and organised store environment

- Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising

- Achieve individual and team sales targets

- Collaborate with the wider retail team to support smooth store operations

About you

- Experience in customer-facing retail or fashion roles

- Strong fashion styling skills with a talent for closing sales

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Passion for delivering world-class customer experiences





- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
