About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and developing, implementing and coordinating marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive consumer engagement, and support our retail and wholesale distribution channels. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing activities with business objectives and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

- Conducting market research and analysing market trends, consumer preferences, competitor activity, and other relevant market data to assess potential demand, identify potential market opportunities and support marketing decisions

- Identifying and evaluating market opportunities relevant to the company's fresh and chilled juice product portfolio and distribution channels, including emerging consumer segments, market demand, and competitive positioning

- Developing, implementing and reviewing marketing strategies, objectives, policies, and programs in alignment with the company's business and commercial objectives

- Planning,



coordinating and managing advertising, promotional, and marketing campaigns across relevant channels to increase consumer awareness, promote the company's products and brands, and support sales objectives

- Advising management on target markets, product mix and positioning, pricing, advertising and promotional strategies to improve market performance and product competitiveness

- Developing and coordinating strategies to strengthen brand awareness and promote the company's product range, brands, and distribution presence

- Coordinating the development of marketing materials, digital content, and promotional communications, including the scheduling and publishing of marketing content across relevant platforms, and liaising with external marketing agencies, media providers, designers, and other service providers to support campaign delivery

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaign performance, analysing relevant marketing data, and providing regular reports and recommendations to management

- Supporting business growth and development through the implementation of marketing programs, market expansion initiatives, and promotional strategies aligned with the company's broader business development and commercial objectives

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

- Previous experience in a marketing, brand, or content role

- Robust knowledge of market techniques and data analysis tools

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
